Marcus D. – Lead Technician

Marcus has been roofing in the Tampa Bay area for over a decade, and he’s seen just about every failure mode this climate can throw at a roof. He holds manufacturer certifications from GAF and CertainTeed, which means he’s trained to install those systems to the exact specifications their warranties require. His specialty is flashing work, the metal that seals roof penetrations like chimneys, skylights, and vent pipes. If flashing isn’t done right, water finds a way in, and Marcus treats every flashing detail like it’s his own house. He carries a thermal moisture meter on every inspection and doesn’t guess when he can measure. Off the roof, he’s usually restoring an old Chevy truck in his garage in Brandon.

Elena R. – Senior Installer

Elena runs our tear-off and installation crews, and she’s the reason our job sites stay clean and organized from first nail to final sweep. She’s been with Brennan Roofing since we opened the Tampa location, and before that she spent years working on commercial low-slope roofs across Hillsborough County. Elena is certified through Owens Corning’s preferred contractor program and specializes in proper underlayment and ventilation installation. Her tie-off and harness inspections get done every single morning before anyone steps onto a slope. When she’s not on a roof, she’s coaching her daughter’s soccer team in Seminole Heights.

Dana W. – Service Coordinator

He’s currently studying for his first manufacturer certification and spends his days on ridge cap details, starter strip alignment, and site cleanup. Every nail he drives gets checked, and every mistake gets caught before it becomes someone else’s problem later. Tyler grew up in Tampa and graduated from Plant City High School. He’s a little too quick to point out a wall cloud off in the distance, which we’ve learned to appreciate during storm season.
